Will it hold up to my dog?
For most dogs around 10–20 kg (22–45 lb), yes. The cord is thick bungee elastic and the ropes are made for tugging, plus you get a spare rope in the box. It's a tug toy, not an unsupervised chew toy — hang it so your dog pulls instead of gnaws, and keep an eye on play. If it doesn't hold up, the 30-day guarantee has you covered.
Where can I hang it? Do I need tools?
No tools. Loop the strap over a door, a tree branch, or a railing — indoors or out. Set it so the ball hangs around your dog's chest height. Just make sure whatever you hang it from can handle your dog's pull.
What size dog is it for?
TugTough is best for dogs around 10–20 kg (22–45 lb) — think beagles, border collies, Aussies, staffies and cockapoos. The 4.8 ft cord stretches to 7.5 ft. If your dog is over 45 lb or a true power chewer, this isn't the right toy for them — we'd rather tell you now than after you've ordered.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every TugTough comes with a 1-year limited warranty on the bungee cord and door strap. If either fails in normal, supervised tug play within a year of delivery, email support@saelra.com with your order number and a photo and we send a replacement free. The tug ropes and ball are wear parts — that's why a spare rope is in the box — so they're covered by the 30-day guarantee rather than the 1-year warranty.

What a great idea for high energy dogs. Lucky loves playing tug of war so this item is perfect. Man did he try to win, but he lost every single time. I love this bungee toy for him. I just hope Lucky doesn’t chew through it because he’s a sore loser.

We hung this from a wooden swing set in the backyard. We have a very energetic Australian cattle dog puppy and this is great for getting out some of that excess energy. I think this has helped me make a decision to buy a tether ball for the middle of the yard.
Great toy! We hang it over a door and also have a hook in the basement. It's also big fun in the yard with you holding it and playing. Good quality. My pup is hangs from the expanding section at time when we play in the yard.

My dog absolutely lost his mind having this bungee toy. He’s a working breed who needs lots of mental and physical stimulation. I let him play with it for awhile until he eventually tired himself out. I would give the product 5 stars, but the ball toy almost immediately broke within 15 minutes of use. With all the pulling the ball came completely untied. We haven’t really tried the rope one yet. Overall I’d stay it’s worth it so far especially since you can technically tie other toys to it.

Dogs love it. If you make it high enough so they can only reach the toy it’ll last longer. I have two different brands and they both lasted about the same. This one didn’t give as much adjustment to length as the other. Dogs still love it

I have an 8 month old Labradoodle puppy that demands lots of stimulation. I was looking for toys that might occupy him for a little while when I need his attention diverted from me. This bungee toy is hanging from a beam in the livingroom. I've adjusted the height on it a few times, and he seems to like it about a foot off the floor. He really likes playing with the toys that came with it separately from the bungee and he also likes for me to hang his favorite familiar toys on the bungee. The ball that comes with it is one of his favorite toys now because it combines a soft rope for chewing (his favorite) plus a chewy ball. It doesn't keep him occupied for long periods of time, but it does help. It's a well-made product and I can see some dogs going crazy over it. As I'm writing this review, he's nudging my side with the ball on a rope wanting me to play!
