Who's behind Saelra
Hi, I'm George. Saelra is a small online shop I run from Mission, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley. We started with one product, the TugTough bungee tug toy, because it solved a problem I kept hearing from dog people around here: a medium dog with too much energy, an owner with too little afternoon, and a house full of chewed things.
Why one toy
My day job is purchasing, so I spend my week comparing suppliers and reading the fine print. When I went looking for a bungee tug toy, the listings all promised "indestructible" and the reviews all said "chewed through in a week." I picked the version with the extra rope in the box, wrote the sizing honestly (22–45 lb, not "all dogs"), and put a 30-day guarantee on it so the risk is on us, not you.
How we do things
Free shipping on every order. Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 7–12. If you or your dog aren't happy, email me within 30 days and I'll refund you, no questions. Every order also gets our free Stop Destructive Chewing guide, because the toy works a lot better when it's hung at the right height and introduced the right way.
