Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, in the United States and internationally. No minimum, no code needed.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–12 days from dispatch. Tracking updates can take 2–3 days to appear after the shipping email arrives. You can follow your package any time on our Track Your Order page.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll let you know when it's added. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, email ecommgeorgem@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
