Shipping policy

Shipping costs

Standard tracked shipping is $4.95, and free on orders over $50 (that includes Buy 2, Get 1 Free).

Insured shipping ($9.99): your order is packed first, and if tracking shows it lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we reship it or refund you right away. No waiting period.

Processing time

Processing: orders placed before 12 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day*. Orders placed after 12 PM ET, on weekends or on US holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with your tracking link when it ships.

Delivery time

US delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show movement.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship outside the US yet.

Address changes and cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change your address or cancel. Once an order ships, we can't change it.

Lost or late orders

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email support@saelra.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
