Will I still hear my alarm?

The earplugs turn noise down; they don't seal you off from the world. Test your alarm on a day off first. If you want a backup, put your phone on vibrate under your pillow.

Which earplug size do I use?

Every set comes with S, M and L tips. M comes fitted. If it feels tight, switch to S; if it doesn't stay snug, try L.

Can I sleep on my side?

Yes. The plugs are low-profile, so they sit in your ear instead of sticking out into the pillow.

Does the mask press on my eyes?

No. The contoured cups leave room for your eyes and lashes, and the strap adjusts so it stays put without squeezing. You get the mask free with Buy 2, Get 1 Free.

How do I clean them?

Earplugs: warm soapy water, rinse, then let them air-dry. Mask: hand-wash in cool water and air-dry.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 12 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day*. US delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Every order is tracked, and you'll get the tracking link by email.

*Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $4.95, free on orders over $50. Insured shipping ($9.99): your order is packed first, and if tracking shows it lost, stolen or damaged, we reship or refund it right away.

What if they don't work for me?

You have 100 nights from delivery. If they don't help, contact us with your order number for a full refund of the product price. No need to send them back. See our 100-Night Guarantee.

When does the Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer end?

Can I use them for travel or naps?

Yes. Flights, hotel rooms, the in-laws' guest room, a nap after a long shift. The pocket case fits in a bag or locker.

Are they reusable?

Yes. The plugs are washable silicone and the mask is washable. Replace the tips when they lose their shape.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update or cancel it before it ships.

Where's my tracking?

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. It can take 2–4 business days to show movement.
